Welcome to Bryan County Online Code Enforcement Services

You may use our public portal to submit a Code complaint to Code Enforcement. You do not need to create an account to submit a complaint. This portal may be used to submit complaints related to violations of Bryan County Code of Ordinances, such as inoperable/abandoned vehicles, overgrown grass, or building without a permit. Please note, the cities of Richmond Hill and Pembroke enforce code requirements within city limits. If the property is located within the city limits, you need to contact Richmond Hill (912-756-3641) or Pembroke (912-653-4413)

To start the process click on “Report a Violation” in the left hand panel. Once a complaint has been submitted, the County’s Code Enforcement Officer will investigate within one to two business days. If you need assistance with submitting a complaint or have questions, you may call a Customer Service representative at 912-653-5252 or 912-756-3177.

You may also submit a complaint or request related to Animal Control such as reporting a dog running at large, animal welfare/negligence check, or trap request via their portal (click to navigate to Animal Control Portal). Bryan County Animal Control handles complaints for the entire County, including areas within the city limits. Animal Control does not handle non-domestic animal complaints such as nuisance alligators.

If the issue involves an emergency, do not submit your complaint through this portal. Call the appropriate law enforcement agency.
