• Pre-Construction Meeting Application
• Traffic Impact Analysis Request

If a pre-construction meeting with Dorchester County Public Works has been held but:
• the pre-construction meeting application was not submitted through Evolve and
• you are looking to submit a Road Maintenance Acceptance Application (RMAA) or Closeout Application,
please email the Public Works Stormwater Department at stormwater@dorchestercountysc.gov for instructions regarding how to submit these applications.

To upload a project submittal that requires a Construction Approval Application (CAA) or Erosion and Sediment Prevention Control (EPSC) form, select the "PROJECT PORTAL" option in the left column.
