Welcome to the Town of Indian Trail Online Services website. This service is offered by the Town of Indian Trail Planning and Engineering Departments. Design professionals and property owners may use this site to submit development plans and obtain Town permits without leaving their home or office.

You will need an account to use this site. Please Login or create an account. If you have previously applied for a permit with Indian Trail, you may not need to create a new account. Select "Login", enter the email that was previously used then select an option to receive your PIN. If you HAVE NOT previously applied for a permit with Indian Trail, click "Create Account".

CREATE PROJECT

Use the Create Project icon for new submissions and the My Projects icon to submit revisions to existing projects. The following projects/permits may be submitted online.

  • Site Development Plan
  • Minor and Major Subdivision
  • Final Plat
  • Conditional Rezoning
  • Appeal and/or Variance
  • Zoning Map Amendment
  • Zoning Text Amendment
Use the Create Permit icon to submit permit requests for:

  • New Home Construction Permit
  • Residential Accessory/Addition Structure Permit
  • Home Occupation Permit
  • Zoning Verification for New Businesses
  • Interior/Exterior Building Upfit Permit
  • Temporary/Special Event Permit
  • Signage Permit

Use the Request Inspection link to submit final as-built surveys and request final zoning inspections for residential permits only. For site developments contact the Planning Department to schedule final inspections. Inspections will be conducted within 1-3 business days and a response email will be sent to the primary permit contact. NOTE: The applicant is responsible for forwarding to Union County any awarded Compliance Certificates.
